Sweaters obsessions

I think I've been obsessed with sweaters lately. They're really cute!! Every time I go windows shopping online, I can't help myself clicking on the sweaters section and browse through it first. It's really strange for me since I used to not be a big fan of them because of the inconvenience of taking them off. It always tends to stick with what I wear inside and makes me look like I'm stripping the whole thing off, which is not a very good look. But I think I could manage to do it better now. Plus it's still cold here in Brisbane so I definitely need some warm pieces when I go out, and sweaters is a perfect option with the weather here, cold and sunny at the same time!

After "windows shopping" for sweaters in the past 2 weeks, I managed to grab me 2 in total (very naughty I know!). Both of them I really love!! I'm gonna show one here with my outfit the other day and definitely show the other one in a later post. Hope you're gonna love it as much as I do!!

Tiger vs Fox

I have to say I'm really excited about this post. The first reason is because I haven't posted an outfit post for a while now. Today I finally got around to it. The second reason is because most of the items in this outfit are the NEW items that I posted in the previous two posts (You can check it out here and here). I can't wait to show you how I put them together in this outfit!!!!

I'm in love with my new orange/tan men clutch. It's the perfect size for me to put all my essentials without it looking too big on a casual day. Guess what is usually in it, I guess I would have to do another post later about all my usual essentials. :)

Charm leather bracelet by Michael Hills; Cashmere cardigan by N&M; Leather clutch by Folio; Leather fox top by Chicwish; Stripe pants by Maschio; Loafers by Y.R.U.

P/s: I know this is not relevant but I love my new leather ipad case so much that I can't help myself posting it on here as well. You know I've always loved leather! :P

Who wouldn't want new clothes ?!?! (Part 2)

I can't believe uni has started already !?!? OMG! It was so quick. I felt like I didn't have any holiday at all! Ok that was a bit exaggerating, but seriously?!? Uni has just started!? I can't believe it!! I can't wait to finish it. One last semester and I'm done!
Anywho, this is part 2 of all the stuff I recently ordered online or had someone buy it for me:

Look familiar anyone? Yes these are the four new tops I ordered on Chicwish mentioned in my previous blog post. They finally arrived! Yay! Aren't they gorgeous ? I particularly love the fox leather top. Love it! So far I've only worn that one and the pegasus one. I'll make sure I'll post outfits for these soon because I feel like I haven't posted outfit post in ages!! Which I'd love to but I haven't had anyone to take photos for me. :( I'll probably have to do it myself one day!

I love love love these loafers by Y.R.U. They're so cute! But they don't seem to love me back. My toes and heels hurt walking in them for a long time. I think it's probably because they're a bit narrow at the front. If only they're a bit wider for my big toes! So guys, if you have big toes and thinking about buying these, you've been warned!

This tee is one of the rare white t-shirts that I own. That's why I particularly love this one! I think I should buy more black/white pieces more and do either a monochrome look or an all white/black look. That'd be awesome!

And finally, my new baby! Basic messenger bag (or lunch bag) from Zara. Im in love with this bag! I've been eyeing on it for a long long time and thanks to a friend from the UK, I officially own it! (love you Thao map). It's big enough for me to put all my essentials in, but not too big to carry it as a clutch. And it goes perfectly fine with any outfits really. Love it!

Who wouldn't want new clothes ?!?! (Part 1)

I thought I could manage to put all the stuff that I have bought for the last couple of weeks in one post, but it turned out I bought so many that I think I should do two posts. :P

So today's post is about some fashion items that I bought when I was in Vietnam. I just got back to Australia by the way. The weather is still pretty shitty here, hot in the morning then cold in the evening, plus the rain. Rain is the worst because it makes it even colder in winter, and it's yucky!

Anyway the other day at the airport, my luggage was somehow picked for security search (sucks to be me! yea i know!). However when the woman was looking through my suitcase and saw a few pair of shoes that I managed to jam into, she was like:"You're a shoes person!" and I, proudly replied to her:" Yep! And bag as well!". I just love when people realise it and tell me that I'm a shoes / bag person. I always take it as a compliment. So it turned out the search was not too bad after all. :P

Ok, enough with the rambling, here are some items that I got:

I'm usually not a big fan of camo print but when I saw this jacket, I knew I had to get it. Part of it was because it had spikes on it, which I love and so I was like why not try camo print since I've never worn it before. I don't think I would have got it if it didn't have spikes though.
The socks and black skinny jeans are not for me. I bought them for a present. However, I really love the socks. So fun and cute! I think next time I should buy myself a set too!
All three of them I bought from Topman/Topshop. (Yep we have Topman/Topshop in Vietnam but not at where I live - Brisbane. Boo Brisbane!!!).

Alright, animal print! I'm starting to get into animal print tees lately. Plus this one is oversize too! So I knew I must have this t-shirt in my wardrobe. And the black and white spike bracelet just naturally goes with the tee, so I thought I might as well got it to go with the outfit.
I got those two at a little boutique called Abracadabra.

I love love this bag! It is just a perfect size for me to put a laptop and books and my essentials when I go to uni. Even better, I got it nearly half price when it's on sale at Pedro, one of my favourite store for shoes and leather accessories.

And last but not least, my new print pants. I don't think I have ever worn print pants before in my life, so I'm pretty excited to have these two in my wardrobe now. I love love the striped ones since I've been wanting one for a long time but never seem to find one that suits me. So I'll definitely post photos of my outfit with the pants in the future.

As for the left one, its pretty funny because I thought it was houndstooth print at first. That's why I got them because I felt like I need something classic. Silly me for not looking at it carefully. :(  I only found out when I got home that it's not actually houndstooth, but just a square print. They do look similar though if you just had a glance at it. Oh well!

The two pants are from a Vietnamese brand called Maschio.

Gucci Spring/Summer 2014 Men - Favorite Items

As you guys already know, I've always loved leather and lately anything oversized too. Then the other day when I came across Gucci Spring/Summer 2014 collection, I was like "OMG I NEED THESE PIECES". So here are some of my favourite items in the collection and you'll understand why ;P

I love how the whole collection doesn't scream spring/summer but channel them in a very subtle way. However, there are still some pieces like that with the whole floral print going on (like the one above), which I don't really mind to be honest. It's the season of energy and flowers after all. All in all, I love it!

Oversize? HOT!

Lately I'm starting to fall in love with anything oversize. Oversized jackets, oversized t-shirt, anything really! I don't really know why. It's probably because it's so hot here in Vietnam that I can't really wear anything form-fitted without sweating like a pig. Haha! So the other day I convinced myself to get some new oversized clothes that I kinda added to my cart on Chicwish, but didn't check out because I didn't seem to need them that much back then. Plus they had a massive sale on so it seemed like a perfect timing to get them (I think the sale is still on at the moment).

So here are some of the items that I bought the other day:

Baroque Religious Pattern T-shirt (get it here)

Pegasus Horse Print Oversize T-shirt (get it here)

With this one I just wish the Pegasus has a horn in the middle, just because I love unicorn. :) Oh well!

Baroque Beads Chiffon Top (get it here)

I just love this piece because I could either wear it on its own when it's hot, or even wear it over a shirt when it's cold. It's so versatile! Love it!

Fox Print Faux leather (get it here)

With this one, I know it's not really oversize but if you have been reading my blog, you would know that I've always been obsessed with leather and the look of it. Very strong and edgy! Plus the fox print makes it even more oh-so-chic! It was screaming my name when I saw it so I couldn't help myself but add it to my cart as well! :P
