Let's talk about shoes... again!!

As you can see, my obsession for shoes has never ended, if not grown even more stronger. These are the shoes that I have purchased over the last 2 months ( I think!) so I thought why not writing another post about shoes like I did last time ( click HERE if you wondered what shoes I had in the last post).

 Pirate by Messeca

I absolutely fell in love with these when I saw them available online. And I was so lucky to be able to snatch them when they were on a really good sale, which made me sooo happy then. They are obviously inspired a little bit by ancient roman shoes, from the silhouette to the little cut-out details, which I absolutely adore. I love how they put a modern twist to it by putting in the two little metal details on the top, and the thick foam sole.
However, they were a bit tight fitting for me and hence gave me some minor blister when I first wore them, which was a bit disappointing for me. I'm actually wearing it on one side as I'm typing to test out the fit again. LOL . They actually don't feel too bad now. Hopefully they will fit me a bit better as I wear because I'd love to wear them more frequently.

 Mista Black Spikes by Monster

These are definitely the shoes I'm planning to wear a lot this summer. I haven't really owned a pair of sandals before so I was really excited about these. You probably all know this if you had been reading my blog but another reason why I love them is that they have spikes all over them. Yes, SPIKES!
They also have beautiful red sole, except the heel, which makes them really special. Speaking of the sole, one thing I don't really like about it is that it's really smooth, except it does have some texture underneath the heel, which means that it could be really slippery if the ground is wet. I wish they put a bit more texture on the sole to make it easier and safer to walk in.

 Go tractor by Cheap Monday

These shoes by Cheap Monday are absolutely gorgeous. The simple leather oxford with the oversized zip detail, which makes them so chic and perfect. The thick 'tractor' sole also gives more of an edge to them, which I absolutely love! It's also easy to pair with your outfit: skinny jeans with an oversized t-shirt or tailor shorts with t-shirt. It pretty much goes with any outfits really!

Aurora by Vagabond

If you had the eye of an eagle, you probably spotted these babes in my 'Taylor Swift's concert' post (click HERE). Yes I wore them to the concert and remember I had a chance to meet up with her ?  She loved them as well!
I've been actually really obsessed with these lately and been wearing them most of the time. I love how they are simple but not ordinary with the metal plates detail, which I love the most. Also the kinda weird sole detail also makes them even more interesting.
I also love how they are so versatile to pair your outfit with. It goes with almost any outfits that I can think of! Love it!!

Bligh by Florsheim

And last but not least is a pair of dress shoes from Florsheim I purchased for work. These are absolutely stunning! I love how they don't look too formal but not too casual either, which makes them perfect to wear to work in the morning then go straight to a party in the evening after. The leather is beautiful with an absolutely comfortable insole.

See the little green bits inside? Those are put there to prevent anti-heel strike, which is extremely really important for shoes that you walk a lot in.

I guess that's pretty much it for now folks. I'm sure there will be more shoes posts coming in the future so if you are a shoes addict like me, stay tuned ! :)

xoxo - Archie
